Is there a big difference in a $3.99 USB cable and a $24.99 one?

I'm looking into replacing my USB cables with the ones with LED lights built-in and their prices range from four to twenty-five bucks. Any ideas on a particular brand or something?

What kind do you use?

I use the usb's with the led lights and have had no trouble with them.They seem to work just as well as the normal usb cables..Mines were only a £1.00 each out of a shop called poundland....They were bought for the kids pc and i thought they looked nice so i bought a few of them for myself........

Poundland..kind of like the 99 cent Only stores here in the US.
