I am after anew internet security but dont know which one to go for. At the moment i have norton 2007 and my laptop is really slow and i have read that this is because of norton so i am after a new one. I hope you kind people can help me.

Yes Norton is a resource hogger and you wont get rid of ALL of it unless you use a Norton Removal Tool from Symantec.

I use AVG 8.5 as well & yes it is good & I have had no problems with my internet Norton definitely slows your system down, get rid of it

lol haha Norton in any form is basically an expensive paperweight!! i would go with something like AVG 8.5 (free/full) or Kaspersky. Both work very well and don't rely so heavily on system resources. (I currently use AVG 8.5 Full but the free version will give you the protection you need )
