I have started getting this message on a couple of Cover sites that I want to download,'Wolverine" is just just one of them: "There has been an error with this cover. Please refresh the page to try again."
What does this mean?? dry.gif

look at the top of the page by your search bar and you will find 2 green arrows going around in a circle press on it or press F5 on your keyboard and it will refresh your page again (it saves you from having to retype in the website address again)

i hope this helps

If you open everyone there, there a some with the red 'x'. Maybe this is what our members have been talking about.

Oh no another post!

i'm losing hair quickly here! lol

As you've guessed we are changing our servers over (new ones are the mutts nuts), it's taking a while, but bear in mind we probably have about a million covers (or there abouts) to shift across to the our new gear, this takes time.

However the coders and site owners are moving the covers across as quickly, BUT as safely as possible, without too much chaos being caused to the site.
As we don't wanna lose any.

Also other staff members still have uploads still to check and clear from the system.
Which is slowing somethings down.
So they have more to move across! (lol coders can earn their stripes now!)

So please bear with us, at this time of change.
It will be worth it!

Thanks for the info. Hope u don't go bald coz then u'd have to go for hair treatment and all. A hassle i've heard. Anyways, what does "mutts nuts" mean?
ken5050
i'm surprised that you's haven't suspended uploading covers etc until you's have finished transfering all the data

It means very good. kicking.gif

ken5050, suspending the new uploads would just kill the site in an instant. Can you imagine how many more people would be mad at us?

The red X's represent the covers that are currently on vacation. We're working very hard to get them and as soon as possible.

i can see your point....but i was thinking it might have been a little easier for you's transfering all the information over instead of running around in circles

I hopw u guys didn't upload the covers in one whole chunk. That's gonna take a while. You should upload in batches.
